I’m sorry it has taken me this long to write this letter to you, but I’m now determined to get it done!

I want to that you and the crew who replaced the side of our pool yard fence last month. The plans were
drawn up so the fellows had no difficulty following them, and their work was excellent. Everything was
cleaned up beautifully. The replacement fence looks wonderful.
The two men on the job were professional and courteous, as you were as well.
