MONTAGE ornamental steel fence is an American made product made by Tulsa, Oklahoma based company Ameristar who is the largest manufacturer of ornamental fence products in the whole world.
With a state of the art - one million square foot facility - Ameristar builds its high quality ornamental steel fence products using the most innovative and up to date fabrication tools and techniques in the fence industry including automated robots to build their fences.
- Ameristar's MONTAGE fence is PRO-fusion welded - A welded steel panel can absorb up to 4 times more impact than residential grade aluminum fence panels. MONTAGE fence has permanent invisible picket/rail connection as opposed to the more common visible screw connection found in other ornamental fence products.
- Ameristar's MONTAGE fence is E-Coated with a 20 year warranty against rusting! E-Coat is short for electro-coating. E-Coating is not a typical paint process that can often leave corrodible materials with exposed and unprotected surfaces which is where corrosion begins. E-Coating is a process proven in the automotive industry to ensure application coverage of all exposed surfaces. E-coating is a process that utilizes electrical energy to apply a finish to a part. When Montage fence is manufactured, the steel components that make up the fence is grounded. The paint that is applied to the steel is electrically charged to be the polar opposite of the steel. The fence part is then fully immersed in the paint which results in a uniform film that is now irreversibly applied. No other steel fence in the industry offers this level of protection. The benefit of E-COAT is maintenance-free, protected surface backed by a 20 year warranty!
- Ameristar's MONTAGE fence is ATF (All Terrain Fence) - Ameristar's MONTAGE Fence is the only welded steel fence with the capability of following severe grade changes without "stair-stepping" the fence panels. MONTAGE fence will follow grades up to 48" rise over an 8' span.
